Welcome to Jiprovisional. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jiprovisional website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Jiprovisional application, website, and all content and services available through them.
"User" refers to the individual who has registered for and is accessing the Service.
"Content" refers to all material, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video that is displayed on or accessible through the Service.
"User Data" refers to all information and data submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by Users to the Service.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Subscription and Billing

Jiprovisional offers both free and paid subscription options. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the beginning of each subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. If we change subscription fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our option, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, upload, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, uploading, or displaying content, you grant Jiprovisional a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the content you submit or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the submission of your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jiprovisional and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Jiprovisional.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Jiprovisional, a Jiprovisional employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Jiprovisional or users of the Service, or expose them to liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JIPROVISIONAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jiprovisional, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or you may contact us at support@jiprovisional.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
